Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Reservations will be confirmed with a $50 deposit per room. Deposits may be paid with credit card or personal check. A $15 fee will be charged for returned checks (in addition to any charges you incur from the bank). The balance of the stay is due upon arrival and may paid by cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card are accepted).
Deposits will be refunded when notice of cancellation is received more than two weeks prior to the reservation date.
Early departures and last minute cancellations for whatever reason are also non-refundable.
No-show policy - a no show will result in the full cost of the stay to be charged.
